school, w/o and cutting?

I haven’t been able to post but I have been w/o.  I started school about a month ago.  Its tough.  Its been a very long time since I’ve had to hit the books.  I’m having a ball but I am having to study way more than ever.  We finish up our first term next week.  I’m ready for a break.  Of course we end on Thursday and pick up on Monday but at least I won’t need to study for an exam over the weekend.

I love w/o @ 5:30.  I’ve finally gotten used to my splits and have my time down so I can add a few more excercises on M and W ( arm day).  They- my arms and routines_ are starting to take some definition.  Well, I can see it even if no one else can.   I also want to add another ab exercise.  I need to do something with my sides.  I’d really like to get my bb ring sometime in the next month.

Leg day is Friday. I’m up to  360 on the incline leg press.  I am not sure if I want to get much over 500. Last time I didn’t lean out and they were just” big” or “well insulated but strong”  I have longer to w/o and then if I have the energy I go back after carpool and take spin.   I miss my other gym moms.  Saturday is 20-25 min hit.

I am toying with the idea of cutting but I need to look into exactly what that means and if I am going to be really tired.  I can’t afford to be tired and study.  I’m pretty committed to clean eating and leaning out this week but pms is coming up and that always throws me off.  I lose my focus, my goals seem unattainable and I feel like a big truck. Gotta love those body dismorphic days.

Goals:  take measurements and before pictures(don’t plan on posting those at this time), add some more exercises to routine, research cutting, and make A’s on my exams.
